Left hand side under 2013 Spring Schedules, is the soccer game schedules parents have been asking for. 

Alright parents here is an update of what is going on.  I would like to start out with, I am blown away with registration for Spring Season and to say we have about 350 total players.  This is amazing and I'm really excited to see our new fields full with this many players and GOD only knows how many family members will be out there as well, watching their kid or grand-kid play.  Now......    

1.  Apparently we wrapping up some last minute coach requirements which delayed getting some rosters out to all the coaches.  There is a meeting for coaches to be held this weekend which most coaches will be given their team rosters.  It will be up to them to contact the parents as soon as they can and start practice as soon as they can before the season starts.

2.  Due to weather and team building issues, we are pushing the season back a week to hopefully give your team time for practices.  NEW dates for season to start is March 30th to May 18th.

Well this Spring Season is looking great.  Looks like we are going to have about 350 players this season.  I'm very happy to see this many players and can't wait to see the soccer fields packed.  Just need to wrap up last minute mail-in registrations and team building will be this weekend on the 18th.

Spring Season Registration:

1.  Regular Registration will go from Jan 11th to Feb 11th.  NO LATE REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED.  (Fees:  $65 for 1st kid & $55 additional kids)

2.  Family Cap - Families who have to register more than 3 players, will have a family cap of 3 players.  How this works is:  if you have 4 kids who want to play soccer, you will pay for 3 and TCSA will sponsor the 4th kid.  Contact the Bobby our TCSA Registrar and let him know your have met the family cap and what kid needs to be sponsored. 

3.  In-Person registrations Feb 9th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.  Location will be at Newcastle Library / Community Center.  Please check the website or add us to your Facebook page for updates as well. 

4.  Last and very important:  3 ways to register:

     a.  Online - rather it be during Early Bird or Regular Registration.  Registration Instructions can be found on the left side, first link of the menu.  Also how to create a Family Account.

     b.  Mail-in Registration form located on our website:  tcsasoccer.org on the left side you will find the form.  Make check or Money Order to TCSA and Mail to: PO Box 478, Newcastle, OK 73065

     c.  In-person Registration - TBD

5.  TCSA will do team Building on Feb 18th and we will get rosters out to coaches soon as possible.

Families who have multiple kids, must have a family account with kids imported and attached to the family account.  The family account will let the system "GotSoccer" to give you the multiple kid discount. 

The system will not recognize you with separate player accounts.  In order to get the account, you MUST have a Family Account.  You will login to the your family account and you can register your kids in this account.

Do not forget parents, those of you who have more then 3 kids playing.. you qualify for the Family Cap.  This means you pay for 3 kids and TCSA will sponsor your additional kids.  Just send Bobby (TCSA Registrar) and email explaining who you registered and who needs to be registered.

 

1.  Early Bird will be EXTENDED until Jan. 19th, trying to help families save some money.  

2.  FIRST In-Person registration will be on Jan 19th at the Library from 1pm to 4pm.  Lot of kids have basketball games in the morning so we have to schedule a afternoon registration.

     SECOND In-Person registration will be on Feb 9th at the Library, time to be determined.

3.  Spring Season dates will go from March 23rd to May 11th 

Early Bird Registration is open from Jan 1st to Jan 10th.  Spring registration 2013!  Link for registrations is an the left side of the website and so are instructions with step by step screen shots.  Early Bird Registration is $55 for first kid and $45 for additional kids.  Family Cap is $145 (upto 3 kids).  Family Cap is for our bigger families.  If you have more then 3 kids to register, those additional kids are sponsored by TCSA, which means you only pay for the first 3 kids.  Also, don't forget to like us on Facebook and keep up with updates as well.  Look forward to have a smooth registration and a better Spring Season.
